How much does Underbase cost?
2.99% of each card payment your customers make through Underbase, plus Stripe's standard processing fee. There is no subscription and no plan to pick. Payments you mark as cash or check are free.
Is it only for DTF shops?
Underbase is built around DTF transfers first, with gang sheets and a print queue. Orders, clients, mockups, payments, and your website work for any kind of print shop.
How do I get paid?
Connect Stripe from Settings, then Payments. Your customers pay by card from a link or your website, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Stripe pays out to your bank.
Can I still take cash or checks?
Yes. Open the order and mark it paid. No fee is taken on payments you record by hand.
Do I get a website for my shop?
Yes. Every shop gets a website with your logo, your catalog, a gang sheet builder, and your policies. Customers can order and pay there without calling you.
What is a team store?
A small online store for a team, school, club, or business. Pick the designs, set the prices, and share the link. People order their size and pay by card, and you print the orders when the store closes.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes. Add your domain in Settings, then Storefront, and we walk you through the DNS step.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Invite as many people as you need from Settings, then Team. There is no charge per seat.
Can Underbase print transfers or send blanks for me?
When Underbase Supply is turned on for your shop, you can send gang sheets to us for printing or order blanks from inside Underbase. You pay for the goods only, with no 2.99% fee.
